General conditions and terms of payment for a camping pitch rental

  • As soon as we received your booking, we will confirm it by email, stating the total of your bill.
  • You will be charged for the whole number of days as mentioned in your reservation, even if you arrive later or depart sooner.

Payment

  • Booking a camping pitch is only possible with a down payment:
  • - In low season we ask a deposit of € 40.
  • - In high season we ask a deposit for 7 nights.
  • Please make your payment within 5 days after receiving the confirmation, to the bank account of Camping Pont du Rouffet: IBAN: FR76 1680 6048 2166 0364 2238 755, BIC: AGRIFRPP868, stating your reservation number.
  • As soon as we received your down payment, your booking is definite.
  • The rest of the sum you can pay on arrival at our campsite.
  • If the date of your arrival is within 14 days, the total sum needs to be paid within 3 days.
  • If you don't want to pay a deposit, you may telephone us the morning of your desired day of arrival, in order to know whether there is a pitch available.

Cancellation

  • In case of cancellation within 8 weeks of your intended date of arrival, you will be charged with the down payment. This means that we will not refund your down payment. Therefore, we recommend you to take out cancellation insurance.
  • In case of cancellation until 8 weeks of your intended date of arrival, you will be charged € 25 for administration expenses. Your down payment, minus the administration expenses, will be returned to you.

Arrival and departure

  • Arrival between 11.00 and 20.00 hours
  • Departure between 8.00 en 11.00 hours
